Need to see a GP when we are closed? The Extended Working Hours Service is available to you.
The service venues are: * Moorgate Primary Care Centre; * Radcliffe Primary Care Centre; * Fairfax Medical Centre
Hours of Opening: * Monday-Friday 16.00pm – 20.00pm * Saturday/Sunday & Bank Holidays 08.00am – 18.30pm.
Booking options: * Telephone the Practice in core hours only Monday – Friday * Direct booking with the service Saturday/Sunday and Bank Holidays via the GP Practice number.
Clinical staff available: * GP at each site; * Practice Nurse Appointments available at each site on Saturdays.
