National Award
Woodbank Surgery was delighted that the practice received a National Award of Excellence in Patient Care. This was in recognition of the practice’s patient focused development programme being implemented.
Quality Practice
The Woodbank Surgery team have also been awarded one of the highest Quality points that a GP Surgery can achieve in Bury. In spite of only having commenced with the new team in November 2005, the practice as a whole has evolved as a modern, innovative and patient focused Family practice.
The team is fully committed to ensuring continuity of care for the patients. The addition of new clinicians and team members has enabled the practice to bring in new skills to enhance the patient experience. Some of our team members hold specialist qualifications which is already being utilised appropriately through special services and clinics.
